When booking your flight ( agency or internet) you must specify your needs: a section to this effect is expected to arrange assistance at the airport .

 

On arrival at the airport you must present to the assistance that will help you check and then escort you to boarding.

 

Next airports you will be transferred in a wheelchair to the airport to board your wheelchair in the hold ( especially in case of electric wheelchairs ) or you will remain to the door of the aircraft in your chair that will then be put in hold. At the door of the airplane you will be transferred to a transfer chair and cabin installed on your seat with the help of the PMR support staff.

 

First keep with you your cushion prevention for comfort for the flight and it is not misplaced . All parts that can be easily removed (depending on the type of chair ) : footrests , armrests tape it to the chair

Protect also if you have lights.

 
 

For all that disposable equipment : survey, pocket protectors , we must bring this material with you. We can find you disposable bed pads and some kind of protection but not always of good quality ( in this case your order before arrival )

We advise you to bring an adequate supply of medication + 2 or 3 days and your prescription. Some medicines are not marketed in Morocco.

You can contact us by email or telephone we will send you a quote for your stay and also answer all your questions. We are here to help you realize this trip , you can ask us any issues that concern you : do not hesitate to give us a phone number and ask us to contact you it will be easier to exchange.

Then if you are interested , we keep your room a few days to allow time to finalize your organization and book your flights.


To definitively confirm your reservation , we ask you to pay a deposit of 30%. Payment is made either by bank transfer or by credit card. The balance is due one month before your arrival.

We ask you to be covered in terms of care and repatriation insurance (check your current purchase contracts or otherwise with your flights)

We recommend you take out cancellation insurance on your stay by setting credit card depending on the type of card ( check with your bank ) or by purchasing such insurance before booking see link in our section

Cancellation Policy: More than 60 days before arrival date, 30% of the entire stay

 

Between 60 and 31 days included : 40% of the entire stay

 

Between 30 and 22 days included: 50 % of the entire stay

 

From the 21 th day : 100% of the entire stay

When booking , you contact us your flight details and times and we personally ensure the transfers with the adapted minibus. HANDIOASIS is 15 minutes from the airport.



When booking , we send you a questionnaire to complete in order to better know your needs and to best prepare your arrival. It will allow us to tailor your room to your needs: double bed, single , electric or not, side transfer , shower chair ... ..tout this material is available free of charge .

 

If you need equipment that we do not have in our park : we may be hired elsewhere : Shower chair, oxygen concentrator ....

When booking , we send you a questionnaire to complete in order to better know your needs and to best prepare your arrival. We will establish a quote for your care will be provided on site by our nurses .

 

If you need a physiotherapist, we will organize its intervention and will communicate its rates.

Breakfast is included in the room rate , they are served between 8:30 and 10:30 in the place of your choice.

Half board includes dinner , if you do not take the half board you can book dinner the night before for the next day.

If you wish to have a meal at noon, we have a map of snacks and dishes available.

If you have specific plans we adapt to your needs (diabetes, allergies , mixed ... . )

We present on this site the activities we organize .

 On arrival we will advise you in relation to your disability and your desires , we will issue you with a schedule of what you want to do alone or with the other guests and we will chiffrerons so you can make your choice. Then we take care of the organization. If in the week for health reasons or tired you want to change this schedule we will be listening to

The exchange will be at the airport on arrival once you've found us, we will advise you the most interesting office.

 

Know that on-site activities are settled in cash and for your very few traders take the credit card purchases . You can with your international credit card to withdraw dirhams in the dispensers ( check with your bank your different weekly withdrawal limit abroad and often not very high but you can change the time of your stay) .

Bed linen , towels are provided ( except gloves). 

For pool towels you can rent them on site for € 3 week 

Shower gel products , shampoo are not provided .
