General conditions of sale for stays in guest rooms
HANDIOASIS is a category 2 guest house managed by the company HANDIOASIS, SARL Moroccan law with a capital of 100,000 Dh whose head office is located BP 1427 / Bab Agnaou, km 7, route de l’Ourika, 40000 Marrakech, Morocco . The only applicable law is Moroccan law.
Article 1 / Duration of stay
The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 / Booking formalities
After receipt of your reservation, we will send you written confirmation by email and invite you to pay within a maximum of 72 hours (but more quickly if it is a reservation made with less notice) a deposit of 40% of the reservation. Once this deposit has been received, the reservation becomes firm. By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the general conditions specified below. Please note that without payment of the deposit within the time limit the reservation is not confirmed and that, accordingly, we reserve the right to recover the rooms.
Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the customer
Any modification is only possible after the agreement of “HandiOasis SARL” and may result in additional costs.
We inform you that in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, compensation will be due, as a penalty clause by the customer, as follows:
– from the date of the reservation the deposit is non-refundable
– if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days before the date of arrival, the full payment will remain with “HANDIOASIS SARL”.
In the event of early departure during the stay: full payment for the service reserved.
Article 4 / Insurance
We draw your attention to the fact that Repatriation Assistance insurance is compulsory, when you book at HANDIOASIS, we will offer you automatic repatriation assistance insurance via our travel agency YOOLA. In addition to this insurance, optional Multirisks insurance will be offered when you book.
Article 5 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the start of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for the sums he has already paid.
Article 6 / Time of arrival
Airport transfers are included when booking, in order to ensure the reception and transport of the client, he must indicate his arrival time and his flight number, preferably, the client will do his utmost to organize his arrival in 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. If the customer arrives before 7 a.m. or after 8 p.m. in the evening, a supplement of 20 € will be charged. The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival
Article 7 / Time of departure
Airport transfers are included when booking, in order to ensure customer check-in and transport, the customer must indicate their departure time and flight number, preferably, the customer will do their utmost to organize their departure in 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. If the customer leaves before 7 a.m. or after 8 p.m. in the evening, a supplement of 20 € will be charged. The rooms must be vacated by 10 am on the morning of departure.
Article 8 / Payment of the accommodation balance
The balance of the stay is to be paid 40 days before arrival. Tourist taxes, € 2.60 per adult and per night, are to be paid on site. Meals and drinks will be paid on site the day before departure at the customer’s initiative.
Article 10 / Change of rooms
Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer with a room of the same or greater capacity. In this case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Article 11 / Pets
Pets are not allowed. By exemption, small pets are accepted, but only in the room on the ground floor. Assistance dogs are not allowed in the guest house for health reasons.
Article 12 / Art of living and use of the premises
In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of HANDIOASIS guests, respect for a certain “art of living” is required of all. In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas. The customer more generally agrees to respect the instructions for good manners that will be indicated to him, those which apply to everyone when living in a community and these general conditions of sale.
The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and on
systematically – and to assume financially – any degradation for which it is responsible. It is specified that the kitchen available in the house is not left at the free disposal of guests.
The attention of guests is drawn to the fact that minors living on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
HANDIOASIS will not accept any liability for loss, theft and / or damage or injury to property and / or persons on the property, regardless of the cause.
Article 13 / Modification of the conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed to have been acquired as soon as the deposit has been paid.
